Art Science Web was started in 2009 for a few reasons; there was a need that wasn’t being met by other design firms for small business web development, and we knew we could provide a higher quality product and service than other firms. Clients would tell us they were brushed off by other firms, which would take their business, but not give them the same level of service as their higher budget clients. We say, “all clients are created equal” even though they have different needs. Whether large or small, there is no difference in service. Why? Because there’s one rate that enables you to receive all the bells and whistles that comes with a high quality website. Art Science Web wants small businesses to succeed because small businesses are the life blood of communities and neighborhoods.
We like to gloat a little about our client services. We provide our clients with the lost art of personalized service and support that’s hard to find nowadays. We demand a lot out of the services we use, and make it a point to provide that same level of service to clients. Web development companies are a dime a dozen, yet there’s not much that sets them apart. Communication and delivery sets Art Science Web apart from the rest. Being completely transparent and honest is extremely important to us. This is why we advertise our rates and don’t hide behind quote forms.
Art Science Web is a small group of designers, developers and marketing professionals. We have over 15 years experience in web development and marketing within very diverse backgrounds. Our unique experience enables us to not only produce a high quality website, but it allows us to give our clients ideas, direction and insight that only comes from experience of past success and failure. We’re extremely transparent and upfront with cost, process and expectations. We’re a no pressure, no hard sell type of business and think of ourselves as contributors, advisors and artists.
